Ginger Cinnamon Tea
Servings: 12 persons
1 gallon filtered water
7 cinnamon sticks
4 cups fresh ginger, peeled, roughly sliced
7-8 dried dates
1 ½ cups honey
Directions:
- In a pot bring water, cinnamon sticks, ginger, and dried dates to a boil.
- Simmer for about 30 minutes
- Remove from heat, strain and discard the solids Stir in the honey to dissolve.
- Serve hot or cold.
