Servings: 4-6 servings
1 Store-bought pizza dough
Butter, melted: 2 Tbspn
Cinnamon-sugar: 4 Tbspn (recipe follows)
Mascarpone cheese: 1 cup
Cream cheese: 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract: 1 tspn.
Powdered sugar: 1/2 cup
Leftover cranberry sauce: 1 cup
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the pizza dough to a thickness of about 1/4 inch. Transfer the pizza dough to the lined baking sheet and brush the dough with the melted butter. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar and bake until golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes. Cool the pizza crust.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl combine the cheese, cream cheese, vanilla, and powdered sugar.
- Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled pizza crust and layer with the cranberry sauce. Slice like pizza and serve.
