I Dream of Such a Family

 

I dream of such a family.

Such a family who can be together with one mind.

 

 

Animal families know the principles of the world and so live following nature’s flow, becoming one with nature.

There is not my mind and your mind but they live with one mind

Because the individual’s mind is the mind of the whole world.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then, what about me? What about us?

People I love the most in the world: my truly precious family…

As I am together with my family, I am joyful and happy. But sometimes, we have conflicts and fights.

Although we are always together, it is truly difficult to become one with the family.

Why?

 

Because we have our own mind world.

Not a single thing is the same between individuals’ mind worlds. They are all different.

That’s why there is ‘I’ and ‘you.’

Because we believe that our own mind world is right, we want others to fit into our mind

And many minds about others are created.

Most of the minds that we mistakenly thought of as love are actually attachments.

Then, let’s suppose that we do not have the self-centered mind world.

We would consider and accept the family first.

Let’s also suppose that all members of the family do not have their own individual mind world.

Everyone could become one mind.

Likewise, if we throw away the self-centered mind, our minds will become one.

We could really become one with the family. Wouldn’t we live truly happy, then?

We will be able to live as one with the family – with broad mind –

Without hatred, resentment, expectations, disappointments, worries, and wishes.

A family whose minds become one and another family are gathered to become a community.

A community whose minds become one and another community are gathered to become the whole world.

The world where there is not ‘you’ and ‘me’; ‘your country’ and ‘my country’

The world where humans and nature also become one in the end…

It is a dream-like story but the moment you throw away your self-centered mind, such a dream will begin to be actualized.

Happiness of ‘coexistence’

Always remember that it is a true ‘Coexist’ when minds are together and when minds are one.
